Information about becoming an EzyLearn Licensee

Is it for you?

To become an EzyLearn Licensed Centre all you need is an existing computer room with:
 

  • Broadband internet connection 
  • Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Microsoft Office (XP or later)
  • Shared Printer
  • Business with an ABN number
  • A dedicated computer trainer/helper

 

The best part about being an EzyLearn Licensee is that you can incorporate computer training into your existing business. Whether you operate a:

  • school, 
  • childrens education centre 
  • Internet Cafe, 
  • Computer Shop or service centre, or even 
  • a dedicated computer training centre 

You can now use the EzyLearn Training Delivery System and content to your clients.  

You can operate under your own business name, choose your own opening hours and provide any other service. There are no restrictions with regard to any other services that you offer - EzyLearn is  complimentary service to what you already offer.  

 

How does the training work? 

To understand more about how the system works read the courses and EzyLearn Express sections of this website. Use this as just a guide, because you can choose to operate differently if you wish. 

Here is a summary:

  1. Clients come to visit your centre to see what you have to offer. In that visit you can show them how the system works and explain the benefits, if you want to you can also make an assessment as to the best module for them to start at.
  2. The client purchases a module(s) from you along with some access time. (CLICK HERE to see how we currently offer our training time, but remember that you can set your own rates and you can include training time with your rate). An important note here is that the client is yours because they pay you direct.
  3. You order the modules for that client and when they have been activated by us (typically within 24 hours) your client will have access to that module(s) at your training centre. If they need more time, they can purchase extra time (from you). 
  4. Client access to your computers can be  managed by a timer system just like an Internet cafe and clients only pay for the time they want (great for them) and everytime someone is at your centre you are paid (good for you, covers ongoing costs). This is just a suggestion and you can decide to monitor this manually.
  5. Clients receive a training workbook as part of their access to the "EzyLearn Training Delivery system", (this can be printed from the website for your clients while they are at your centre - this saves you having to print a copy of every workbook and store them somewhere) and 
  6. Exercise files that are used with certain training workbook are available for download from the EzyLearn Training Delivery System.

How much does it cost

It costs just $2999 to get started and that includes:

 

  • Access codes to the EzyLearn Training Delivery System.
  • Training on how the EzyLearn System works (you get to complete every module yourself - if you want - so that you know exactly what to expect for your clients).
  • Training on how to conduct training at your location using the EzyLearn system.
  • Forms and brochures to use at your centre. 
  • A PDF copy of every workbook
  • Electronic ordering system with discount codes for your location (this is used so that you can quickly and easily enrol someone into a course - whether they do it online at home or at your centre). 
  • Website using the 123ezy website system (that you can become an agent for and earn an income from selling and designing websites for local business and other organisations).
  • Inclusion in the EzyLearn website (this could be a source of advertising and potential clients for you).
  • Access to other members of the system to give you support and ideas in growing your business.
